Next, users would wake up to an email if subscribed to Psychowars. This email would lead them to a video under Machine Girls' Tiktok account that Psychowars took over.

However, this turned out not to be your typical Psychowars video. Instead, this was a sort of broadcast that was put out by "The Arm" entity that we were introduced to earlier:

We now get to see this "Dr. Y" character that was as noted after translating the morse code audio within the scrape files that were dumped on 08/10/2025, part 12. With him being this representative for The Arm, we get a bit more insight into their motives with this video which largely appear be vague and cryptic.

It’s a bit difficult to summarise, and there are many key takeaways to gain out of this. I will list them below:

Dr. Y is self-proclaimed to be a servant of sorts for “The Call” which seems to be anywhere from some “higher plane of being” to some kind of omnipotent entity.-- he describes call as “The intrinsic melody of the true universe.” Claiming that that “If you won’t hear it yet, that you will soon” (?)
He then appears to take some sort of blue substance, stating that “The call is for all to hear, but for only one to answer: The Universal Void Synthesizer” He then states that their mission as The Arm is to reach out to “find the chosen one” who is referred to with that title, and that it’s their destiny to guide them so that the true world will reveal itself. Referring to the reality around them as a “false reality.”
